Key Policy: Most of our clients prefer us to keep their key on file, that way we can accommodate their future service reservations instantly. We will label your key with a code and store it in a secure lock box in a safe location between assignments. We don't list client's names or addresses on our labels. We are happy to accommodate alternative arrangements if so desired. We are also happy to pick up and drop off your keys every time, however, there is a $15 trip charge for those to compensate your sitter for gas and travel time. For security purposes, we will not leave your key at your premise after the last visit. Please know that we will do whatever it takes to accomodate your personal preference. The initial key pick up usually takes place during the initial client consultation.
